- Installing Caml Light
- on a Macintosh
-
-
-
- This file describes how to install Caml Light on your hard disk.
- It takes about 2 megabytes of disk space.
-
- Copy the "Caml Light" application and the "lib" folder to your hard disk.
- They must reside in the same folder.
-
- That's all. You can now double-click the application.
-
-
- COMMON PROBLEMS:
-
- If you see the line:
-
- > Cannot find file toplevel.zi
-
- in the "Caml Light output" window, and a dialog box saying:
-
- "Caml Light terminated abnormally",
-
- this means either you did not put the "lib" folder beside the "Caml Light"
- application or you have several disks with the same name (a common case is
- a "macintosh HD" hard disk and a "macintosh HD" shared disk from another mac).
- Caml Light will not work properly if two disks have the same name. You will
- have to rename one of your disks.
